It was tidy and wonderful old place, well-equipped and a nice size rooms. We ate in the lovely restaurant with many dishes which was reasonably priced. The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away. The provided service was very efficient! Our experience here was brilliant.

We enjoyed every aspect of this lovely historic and truly stunning hotel, ideal for our purposes. It was clean with absolutely courteous staff who took the time to offer a bespoke service. The location was particularly good, just a short walk away from Ludlow Museum.
Facilities were great modern, though Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Unbeatable location at a medium distance from Clee Hills. A lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Nicely decorated room with luxury bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows...

Enjoyed its highly courteous staff.
Overall had very enjoyable short stay on the exceptional customer service from the staff during our stay. The staff were more than helpful, no complains at all. The hotel had a favourable location steps away from Ludlow Methodist Church. What's more, it was not far from the town centre, a restaurant that is meant to be high quality, and all sights, bars, and restaurants.

The room was a decent size with a spacious bathroom with an extremely comfy bed. Armchairs, a lounge, and a dining table were appreciated. The service was first-class, the food was outstanding.
The location was dreadful.

Hearty and plentiful breakfasts, and unfailingly polite staff.
Very central location unable to get a taxi. Based just next door to the "mechanical " nature of the check-in process, a micro brewery, and which is a plus.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for one night with my fiancee.
The hotel was located near town shops as well as town centre and castle. The staff was outstandingly accommodating providing assistance. Really enjoyed our rooms with 2 beds. It was nice to find an electric kettle and glassware. The property was in a very central setting in the “ award winning restaurant ” ” The sole that we both ordered.

The location is marvellous and incredible, at a medium distance from Clee Hills. The breakfast with fruit and eggs cooked very nicely both poached is comprehensive for what is offered. Pleasant and welcoming staff who were probably instructed by the manager, everything is perfect. I have stayed there before and would come here again.
